Brief Summary
This is a school project assignmentTasked with creating a 10-second motion design piece from concept to final export.
The project was divided into four parts:
• Developing a concept and rough sketches
• Creating detailed illustrations
• Expanding into a full storyboard
• Finally animating the piece in After Effects.
In addition - follow tutorials and exercises to learn After Effect’s tools, and add two animation assignments from these exercises. (A designed ball animation, and an animated video based on given assets from Scoops Ice cream)
From Idea to final Animation.
Concept Idea: Coffee Date.
Title card says Coffee Date - Implying humans on a date over a cup of coffee, immediately to get a visual pun of actual coffees on a date. One looks shy and nervous, and the other encourages the other to "espresso" themselves more.
The shy one apologizes and shares it's just nerves because they like the counterpart "a latte".
All artwork are illustrated an sound design is done by me , and background music is composed by Jørgen Indal for this specific project.
